  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as customized products, promotional products, or items marked as non-returnable at purchase, cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Return Process

  • Proof of Condition: For defective or incorrect items, please provide clear evidence (e.g., photos or videos) to support your return request.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, Lufham.com will cover the return shipping fees.
  • Inspection: Returned items will be inspected within 4-5 business days of receipt to confirm they meet our return conditions.

3. Refunds

  • Processing: Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment method. Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
